Description:  Edgewater, NJ was a bustling railroad town in NNJ. The bridge the photographer is standing on is still there, but if you looked out in the same direction you would never know it was all railroad. It is now all shops and luxury apartments and condos. The lot in the forground is still here but its a contruction company.

Nysw never purchased it so it was interchanged to Conrail about 6 wimes they kept refusing it saying we nysw owned it. So it was kept and used as a shoving platform. Some kids caught it on fire in the 90s
